What happens if a new hire leaves within the guarantee period?
Clawback and guarantee provisions are configured per mandate during the intake process. When a trigger event occurs, the platform surfaces it and initiates the agreed resolution process — whether that's a partial refund, a replacement search, or an escrow hold.
Can I see a history of all my placements and payments?
Yes. Your earnings history is fully accessible in Recruiter OS with filtering by date, client, role type, and search origin. Exportable for tax and accounting purposes.
Does TAL.co handle multi-currency payments for international placements?
Multi-currency support is available for recruiters operating across markets. Fee structures and payments can be denominated in USD, GBP, EUR, or CAD.
