Pricing for Companies
TAL.co is designed around success-fee economics for most searches — you pay on placement, not on engagement. For organizations that want deeper platform integration or portfolio-scale coverage, managed search and enterprise options are available.

How TAL.co pricing is structured
Most companies start with the Marketplace model: post a search, activate vetted recruiters and AI agents, and pay a success fee when a placement is made. There is no retainer, no monthly subscription required to start a search, and no fee if the search doesn't result in a placement.
Companies with higher search volume, enterprise integration requirements, or portfolio-level coordination needs can access Managed Search and Enterprise Hiring OS arrangements — which include dedicated platform support, custom success-fee structures, and deeper workflow integration.

Marketplace economics at a glance
No placement, no fee
If a marketplace search doesn't result in a placement, no success fee is charged. This aligns TAL.co's incentive with yours — the platform succeeds when your searches succeed. Managed Search monthly platform fees apply regardless of placement outcomes; see the Managed Search tier for details.
