TAL.co uses AI to assist recruiting workflows. This policy describes how we approach AI responsibly, with humans in control.
AI as decision support
Our AI agents produce ranking signals, sourcing suggestions, outreach drafts, screening signals, summaries, and coordination. These are decision support — they inform, but do not make, hiring decisions.
Human-in-the-loop
Recruiters and hiring teams review AI outputs. The platform does not auto-reject candidates, and final shortlisting, evaluation, and offer decisions remain with people.
Fairness & non-discrimination
We design AI features to support lawful, non-discriminatory hiring. We do not claim AI eliminates bias, and customers remain responsible for compliant hiring practices.
Transparency & audit trails
Key AI-assisted actions are logged to support review and accountability.
Data used by AI
AI features operate on the data within your searches and authorized integrations, subject to our Privacy Policy and your agreement.
Your responsibilities
Use AI features as decision support, apply human judgment, and comply with applicable employment and privacy laws.
