Do not use the platform to violate laws, infringe rights, or harass others.
Do not upload candidate data you lack a lawful basis to process, scrape the platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
Fair use of AI features
AI features must be used as decision support with human review. Do not use them to make automated adverse decisions about individuals or to evade anti-discrimination obligations.
Data responsibility
Respect candidate consent, employment law, and privacy law when handling personal data on the platform.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
