Is there a guarantee period?+
Placements include a standard guarantee window tracked in the platform. Specific terms are set per engagement. No placement is guaranteed before a hire is made.
What does it cost recruiters to join?+
Joining is free and application-based. Recruiters pay a platform fee only on successful placements (or a commission split), with an optional Pro Recruiter OS subscription for advanced tooling.
