How recruiter pricing works
TAL.co is designed to make recruiters more productive and more profitable — not to charge them for access to a job board. The base model is simple: apply to the network, get accepted, activate on searches matched to your specialty, earn a commission on placements.
The optional Pro Recruiter OS tiers give recruiters access to AI sourcing tools, the candidate graph, performance dashboards, and advanced commission tracking. These tools are designed to increase placement volume and quality — not to gate access to marketplace searches.

All recruiters on the network pay a platform fee on successful placements — this is how TAL.co sustains the marketplace infrastructure, AI sourcing capabilities, and candidate graph. The platform fee is deducted from the gross commission and is disclosed transparently in the recruiter agreement before any search activation.

How do I apply to join the TAL.co recruiter network?
Applications are submitted through the recruiter onboarding page. The vetting process reviews placement history, specialty documentation, and references. Most applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Is the application process competitive?
Yes. TAL.co maintains quality standards for the network because recruiter performance data directly affects company matching decisions. Not all applications are accepted.
What is the platform fee on placements?
The platform fee varies by search type and agreement structure. Current fee schedules are disclosed during the application and onboarding process.
Can agencies have multiple recruiters on the same account?
Yes. The Team tier supports up to 5 recruiter seats. The Agency Custom tier supports unlimited seats with custom pricing.
Do Pro Recruiter OS tools affect my performance score?
Using AI sourcing tools and the candidate graph to submit higher-quality candidates will improve your submission-to-interview rate — which is one of the components of the performance score. The tools are designed to make performance improvement accessible.
